Jacqueline Sarfo Gyamfua, also known as Ohemaa Jacky, a Ghanaian gospel singer who currently resides in the United Kingdom has been arrested for duping her fellow country women a gargantuan sum of money to the tune of €24,000.
According to footnotes surrounding this scandal, Ohemaa Jacky assured her victim whose name has been given as Barbara Adu Boahen that she would get her a visa to the United Kingdom which was a complete lie.

After Jacky received the funds in good fate, she provided a couple of fake travel documents which consequently led to her arrest in the UK.
Fortunately for her, she was released after her lawyers provided evidence that she was given the fake traveling documents by Jacky.
After her release, she contacted Ohemaa Jacky, who cautioned her not to divulge any information about her to authorities’ and further promised to reimburse her money but never did so.
On her arrival at the Kotoka International airport in the late hours of yesterday, she was nabbed by some officials of the Ghana police service
She was charged with two counts of defrauding by false pretenses and forgery of documents and has been arraigned for court.
